At Cool Ridge Refrigeration Inc., we are committed to ensuring the safety of our team members and our clients.  Our fully trained and licensed technicians are equipped with the resources and training necessary to ensure the job is done safely and efficiently because everyone has the right to return home safely to their families at the end of each day.

Cool Ridge employees are WHMIS and POST trained.  We are members of ComplyWorks, Avetta, and ISNetworld, committing to regulatory compliance and industry best practices.  Ongoing investment in safety training and equipment is a top priority as we strive to achieve excellence in safety performance.  Our goal is to reduce the risk of injury in an ever-changing work environment.

We also protect the environment from any adverse effects of our operations and recycle and reuse whenever possible.

Covid Protocols

General Guidance:

• Employees are to stay home if they are feeling sick or if they have a family member that is sick in their home
• Employees must self-isolate if they have COVID-19 symptoms or have received a COVID-19 diagnosis
• Follow provincial requirements for all PPE, like mask wearing
• Promote regular hand hygiene and respiratory etiquette
• Stop handshaking and use other noncontact methods of greeting
• Disinfect surfaces in our offices regularly, like doorknobs, tables, desks, and handrails 
• Increase ventilation by opening windows or adjusting air conditioning
• Use videoconferencing for meetings when possible
• Practice social distancing if video conferencing is not possible and/or postpone large meetings/gatherings.
• Assess the risks of business travel and abide by all provincial advisories and guidelines
• Work with our customers to develop pre-planned site-specific work procedures related to COVID-19
• Minimize contact with our supply chain partners through pre-planned visits and/or curbside pickup
